Strategic Services: IT Audit

Our General Audit and/or Network Audit would include (as applicable):

• An inventory of your current hardware and software;
• A review of your licensing requirements and compliance level;
• A review of your software's status re: updates and patches;
• An evaluation of your hardware's capabilities to support existing and potential future tasks including an assessment of disk space adequacy;
• A review of your backup and recovery procedures and equipment;
• A review of your security measures (antivirus and spyware);
• A review of your critical business processes and the software that supports them;
• A review of your manual processes to spot opportunities for improvement.

After our audit, we will be able to provide you with an action plan to resolve current issues and a maintenance plan to prevent future ones. If appropriate, we will also present recommendations for change. These recommendations may include new software, software enhancements, infrastructure modifications, hardware updates, etc. These recommendations would reflect a careful Build vs. Buy analysis (see Strategic Services page) as well.
