- Optional processing of barcodes and generation of tags formatted to your specification.
- Multiple output formats, including TIFF and PDF, formatted and ready to load to most popular document management systems or to your specification.
- Multiple delivery options including CD-ROM, DVD, and secure ftp transfer of your capture records.
- Secure return delivery of your paper records or offsite storage in a record center.
The Digital Archiving service includes:
- Scanning and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) of black & white or color paper records of almost any size, (bound or loose leaf).
- Creation of searchable PDF-formatted documents.
- Complete Document Archive as:
- PDF-formatted documents organized to your specifications.
- Adobe-ready, content-searchable database or catalog of document collection.
- Digital records that can be loaded via workstation/server, or via the Web.
- Original paper records can be stored in the Records Center or destroyed.
